Overall, I had a positive experience working with David at DS Deckworks.
I found him to be responsive in terms of communication, and liked how he provided input and gave insightful feedback on design and construction ideas based on his experience, without being overbearing. He seemed knowledgeable on building codes, permitting regulations and inspection requirements.
I could find no fault with his work ethic and craftsmanship. He clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in the finished product. It appeared to me that he used good quality building materials so I feel confident that the deck will last.
I would have no hesitation in recommending David to others considering a deck.

David is extremely professional and very creative. I highly recommend using DS Deckworks! First we had him help us with our visioning. He listened to what we wanted and folded in his ideas and came back with an amazing set of blueprints. Once we started construction he was prompt, careful and efficient in his work. He charged a fair price for his work and I felt like I got more value with the little things he did to go the extra mile for us than I paid. There was this spot in the project where we were not sure how to bring our beams together in the gazebo and David went to the yard, chainsawed off a chunk of log from a tree we had dropped in the fall, and made a customized key piece for the peak of our gazebo and it looks great! Our deck is BEAUTIFUL and David is a big part of why we get so many compliments from friends and neighbors when they see what we have done. Thanks David!!!
